The website ozyss.co is run by OZYSS, a partnership under the law of England and Wales between Louis-Victor Bak and Loris Bricard.

OZYSS is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What data we collect
- When you book a call or contact us: name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share (your project, current website, message).
- When you become a client: name, contact details, postal address (required to register your domain name), billing information, and the content for your website (biography, photos, videos, concert dates).
- When you browse the website: technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of visit) collected through cookies — see “Cookies” below.
We do not collect sensitive data, and the website has no user accounts.
Why we use your data
- Answering your enquiries and arranging the introductory call: steps taken at your request before a contract.
- Building, hosting and maintaining your website, managing your subscription: performance of a contract.
- Registering your domain name: performance of a contract.
- Invoicing and bookkeeping: legal obligation.
- Measuring website traffic and ad performance: consent.
- Showcasing completed websites in our portfolio and on social media: legitimate interest (you can object at any time).
We never sell your data.
Who we share your data with
Your data is only accessible to Louis-Victor Bak and Loris Bricard, and to the service providers we rely on:
- Infomaniak (Switzerland): website hosting and domain name registration
- Google (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Analytics): communication, document sharing, calls, website analytics
- Calendly: booking calls
- Stripe: paying invoices and deposits (OZYSS never has access to your card details)
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Pixel): communication during the project, measuring our ads
- Metricool: social media and website analytics
Infomaniak is based in Switzerland, which the EU and the UK recognise as providing an adequate level of data protection. Some other providers are based in the United States: these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, or by standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
- Prospects (no project after the call): 3 years after last contact
- Clients: for the duration of the subscription, then 3 years after it ends
- Invoices and accounting records: 6 years, as required by tax law
- Cookies: 13 months maximum

This website uses the following cookies:
- Necessary cookies: remembering your language (pll_language). These are required for the website to work.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (_ga) and Metricool, to understand how many people visit the website and which pages interest them.
- Advertising cookies: Meta Pixel (_fbp), to measure the performance of our ads on Instagram and Facebook.

Your rights

Security
Our tools are protected by passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Access to your data is limited to the two partners of OZYSS.
