How do I update the content of my website?
With our website editor, you can easily and quickly update your content. This intuitive tool allows you to click directly on the item to be changed on your site. We will also provide you with a detailed brochure explaining how our tool works. You can always contact us if you need assistance with your website, we are here to help.
I already own a domain name, can I use it for my Ozyss site?
All our plans come with a custom domain name for free, but if you prefer you are welcome to use one that you already own at no added cost. We will take care of the domain transfer to use it for your Ozyss website.
What is a premium plan?
The premium plan has been created for those who do not want to manage their website. An Ozyss account manager will be dedicated to you and will be in charge of updating your website whenever you need it.
Can I cancel my plan subscription?
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can unsubscribe at any time. Of course, we will be sorry to see you leave Ozyss, but we guarantee to keep your data and your website for a period of 30 days from the date of termination of your subscription. After this period, we will delete all your information from our servers, and your website will no longer be accessible.
Can I switch my Basic plan to a Premium plan?
You can switch from Basic to Premium whenever you want.
